This position is responsible for managing the design, deployment, execution and ongoing operations of sales for the Medicare Health Plan. Coordinates the development of sales incentive structures, establishes productivity targets, hires and manages sales staff, manages the creation of marketing materials, establishes enrollment goals, oversees sales forecasts, ensures successful execution of the market plan, and fosters relationships with key potential referrers. Researches the health plan’s current service area to assess the competitive landscape and market opportunities. Establishes policy and direction (programs and services) for company, and is accountable for results.
